The sliding carriage is gravity fed with the food tray angled toward the blade, allowing for precise cuts without manually feeding or pushing roasts, hams, and pork bellies. The food holder and hand guard offer added protection. This slicer can slice as thin as 1mm or as thick as 10mm (.4") and any thickness in-between, making it perfect for ultra-thin slices or thicker cuts of beef, chicken breast, dried salami, jerky slices, or cheese. The stainless steel blade turns at 515 RPM for easy slicing and a 30 minute run time gives plenty of time to complete jobs in one session. The BigBite Slicer has quiet operation, making it perfect for use in any setting. Please note that a cut-resistant glove should be worn when removing, cleaning, or handling the slicer blade.
